Leaving a gift to Support Dogs in your Will can help us to continue transforming the lives of future generations.

We all need to plan for the future and in the same way that you can provide for your family and friends after your death, by leaving a legacy you can also help Support Dogs plan for the future.

Every legacy we receive means we can train even more dogs to help more people lead fuller and more independent lives. Without the generosity of such bequests, it would not be possible continue our life transforming work.

Making a will is far less complicated and expensive than you might think, and it is perhaps one of the most important things you'll ever do. It is the only way to be sure that your family, friends, favourite charities and others are provided for as you wish after your death. If you should die intestate (without a will) the law decides how your money and possessions are divided, so it is important that you make one.

It is best to use the services of a solicitor who can to advise you on legal aspects of making a will and the different ways in which you can make sure all your beneficiaries are provided for - including leaving a donation to a charity.

TotallyFREEwills
Making a will tends to be something that most of us avoid, often indefinitely, but as the credit crunch bites, Support Dogs have linked up with totallyFREEwills to offer you and your family a FREE will writing service.

Remember!

If you do not make a will, your estate is divided up according to Intestacy Law. Your spouse or partner, children and other blood relatives could still benefit but perhaps not in the way that you would want or by the amount that you feel is appropriate. If you do not have any family, what you own will automatically pass on to the Crown, in other words the Government!
