Our Support Dogs can literally transform lives by restoring a disabled person's sense of security, confidence and independence.

Some of our clients have lived for many months and even years without leaving their home and their Support Dog has literally transformed their lives. Others are able to maintain their independence and active lifestyle but need additional help in order to be able to continue living life the way they want to.

The demand for our dogs continues to increase every year however we receive no government funding and rely entirely upon donations to continue our work.

We are committed to making no charge to our clients for these services and proactively seek funding from both individuals and corporate sponsorship in addition to grant/trust applications to finance our work.

Each Support Dog costs in the region of £12,000 to train and care for during its working life and there are still so many more people who could benefit from a Support Dog, which is why your help is so important.

How your money helps

£10        Annual Membership fees go towards the rescue and socialisation of a dog.

£25        Buys leads, collars and identity disks.

£50        Buys jackets and specialized harnesses.

£100      Cover the costs of spaying/neutering a dog.

£500      Covers the cost of a client/dog assessment.

£1,500 Covers the cost of rescue and socialisation of a dog.

£10,000 Covers the cost of preliminary and advanced training of a client/dog partnership

£12,000 Covers the total cost of training and supporting a dog/client partnership.
